BadVibeAesthetics.com itself contains subscriptions based off meberships where we offer products that can be subscribed to / with other services. Some of these services are:
- Clothing Subscriptions
- Item Offer Subscriptions
- Service Subscriptions
All Subscriptions begin one week after the initial order of a product is placed and will all be charged $8.00 monthly until requesting cancellation. In doing so, each time you are charged, we will send you 10 different items every month which for each charge is good for three months, for you to claim in your email that will be either discounted or free, with or without free shipping, depending on your location. The email to collect your items will be sent at the beginning or end of the given month. By agreeing to our payment agreement, you give us the authority to charge your card in a reoccurring matter month by month until cancellation is requested through one of our contacts that will be listed below or until you complete a full year worth of items.
Financial information (including Personal Information) that you have provided to us will only be shared with our third party processors in order to initiate and complete any orders placed on your account. All credit card transactions and such are processed with industry standard encryption through third party processors who only use your financial information and Personal Information for that purpose. All financial data and related Personal Information will not be shared by us with third parties except with your authorization or when necessary to carry out all and any transactions requested by you with the understanding that such transactions may be subject to rules, terms, conditions and policies of a third party. All such information provided to a third party is subject to their terms and conditions.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
